We’re delighted to be working with the Healthcare Infection Society (HIS) to recruit a Senior CRM and Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation uses data, systems and digital platforms to support its members and future growth.
This is a senior, hands-on systems leadership role in a respected membership organisation at an exciting point in its development. You’ll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of HIS’s core systems, including CRM, LMS, website integrations and finance systems, while exploring how automation, AI and data insight can enhance member experience and organisational effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid - Bloomsbury, London (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in office)
Contract: 18-month FTC (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: c£50,000 (dependent on experience)

You’ll be responsible for:
• Owning and optimising the organisation’s CRM and data ecosystem
• Leading systems integration across CRM, LMS, finance and website platforms
• Strengthening reporting, dashboards and data governance
• Supporting membership model changes and digital delivery
• Advising senior leadership on systems strategy, automation and AI opportunities
We’re looking for someone with significant CRM ownership experience, strong systems thinking, and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
