Our client is a global non-profit professional membership association and is looking for a Commercial Sales Lead who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a strategic commercial sales plan to grow media and sponsorship revenues.

Being part of a new three person partnerships team following a recent company wide restructure, you will manage one direct report and focus on identifying and engaging with new partners, ensuring market opportunities are maximised whilst delivering value to the varied audiences of the association. Potential clients could be interested in multiple offerings that our client offers, it is up to you to maximise each opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial media and sponsorship sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, proactively engaging decision-makers.
  • Manage pricing strategies and ensure commercial offerings meet market demands.
  • Lead and develop relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and commercial partners.
  • Oversee external sales agencies and drive cold lead-generation activities.
  • Provide market insight and analysis to optimise sales performance.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach, delivering high-quality service to commercial clients.
