CIHT, the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation, is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Corporate & Business Services to help shape the next stage of our development and impact.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the Institution’s core operational functions – overseeing Finance, HR, IT and Digital, Governance, Compliance and Facilities. This is a key leadership position, helping to deliver our strategic objectives and ensuring high standards of performance, transparency and member value.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our ambitious digital transformation programme, working with internal teams and external suppliers to modernise systems and enhance the member experience. You will lead on financial management, commercial partnerships, risk and compliance, organisational development and continuous improvement across internal processes.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role with line management responsibility for a team of experienced professionals, and a remit covering both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
