Events Coordinator



Contract: Full time / permanent

Salary: Up to 30K

Location: Hybrid

The role is focused on responsibilities for events administration, delivery of both virtual & live events, and supporting the Head of Education with CPD administration tasks. There will be a lot of communication with members and delegates interested in attending events, monitoring responses and updating the company CRM database, ensuring attendance records of delegates are updated. Responding to queries from members and the regulator.

The successful candidate must maintain events processes which includes the events calendar, feedback post-events, stats, and preparing event reports. You will become a superuser of Zoom in order to run high quality online events as well as ensuring event materials for live events is collated, including PowerPoint presentations. When it comes to smaller events, you will take the lead to deliver webinar and f2f peer reviews. You will also work closely with the Events Manager to deliver large flagship events and annual conference.

Our client is seeking a go-getter, someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders and using IT software (including Excel and database skills).
