L&D Partnerships Executive

Contract: Full time / permanent

Closing date: 24-03-2024

Salary: Up to 30K

Location: North East England

As L&D Partnerships Executive, you'll support your Manager in the delivery of the organisations training and qualifications sales strategy. That's to say, you'll be responsible for selling learning and development products, which make the world a better place. However, this is not a hard sales role; most of the business is inbound, and your role is to inform customers about the products and ensure that they get what they need, preparing quotes and raising PO numbers, before passing them onto colleagues for delivery.

In quieter times you'll be expected to identify new prospects, which might be anything from researching new markets to reaching out to cold leads or lapsed clients, with a view to developing and selling training and qualifications.

It's imperative that you're organised, since you'll lead on the operational and administrative aspects, ensuring customers, members and other stakeholders receive a professional service, and that all records are accurate and kept up to date.

The ideal candidate will have tangible customer service or account management experience, with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You'll be a confident, clear and articulate communicator, able to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including technical consultants, education experts, tutors, customers and members.

Ideally, you'll have experience of building sales pipelines, identifying opportunities and upselling opportunities. This might also necessitate developing and delivering sales presentations, making outbound sales calls and being present at industry conferences and events.

Above all, you'll be proactive with a ‘customer first’ attitude, excellent customer service skills and a polite and professional manner.
