Membership Growth Manager

We're seeking a Membership Growth Manager to support the development of a professional organisation’s membership. The successful candidate will drive membership numbers by bringing on new affiliated organisations, growing relationships with larger companies, as well as focusing on individual members. 

The role reports into the Head of Marketing & Membership Growth and manages the strategy of acquiring new organisational members, enhancing a pipeline of potential targets through outreach and networking. The successful candidate is expected to work with product managers to create suitable value propositions, negotiate agreements with companies and bring on large membership subscriptions.

Our client is a not-for-profit professional body that represents its members across the UK, promoting industry policy with ministers and governmental agencies. It is an organisation that promotes sustainability, circular economy, and contributes to Net Zero.

We are looking for someone ideally with membership experience, otherwise experience within business development, relationship management or a sales driven role are suitable. Generating new business is key, implementing sales strategies for long-term growth, networking and using CRM + other tools to new business pipelines.
